If the first one was an introduction on how to sit and be quiet, this one is about recognizing your emotions, honoring them, and accepting them as friends and teachers.
It’s a beautiful technique for growing in self-love that I read about from Chris Gosso who, in turn, translated it from Thich Nhat Hanh.
For any Filipinos/Filipino speakers who want to start meditating and want to listen to it in the Philippine language. Meditation is for everyone though, so here’s an effort to bring the practice to people more comfortable in the Filipino language 🙂
- Made especially for newbies, communities, NGOs, social enterprises, charities, and other similar groups based in the country
- Can be used in meetings, team buildings, nightly or morning rituals, or at any time needed
