What kind of yoga is for me? I ask myself this question every single day 🙂
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a true blue newbie, your yoga practice is there to serve your needs on that particular day and at that particular time. It’s different everyday and the question of what your yoga practice will be like is up to you.
Here’s a quick guide I use that might help you out. I definitely am not the guru on this but it works for me, so you can try it out too. After practicing for a while, you’ll eventually have your own gauges or, maybe you already do. Feel free to share them, I’d love to hear from you 🙂
